Soul Foundations
This class provides a safe, slow and easy introduction to the yoga practice where we will cover the basics of breathing and yoga postures. This class is designed for people brand new to yoga, those re-entering their yoga practice, or those looking for a slower practice that emphasizes alignment.
AcuDetox
Auricular acupuncture uses specific points on the external ear to alleviate conditions in other parts of the body. The NADA (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association) Acudetox protocol uses five points on each ear to balance the body’s energy and assist healing. Two of the points, Shen Men and Sympathetic, calm and balance the nervous system and the other three (Kidney, Liver and Lung) nourish, nurture, restore and support the whole person. These organs are also the major detoxification organs of the body. Stimulating these points also gets our natural endorphins circulating.
Acudetox was originally developed to reduce symptoms associated with cravings and withdrawl from drugs and alcohol, it has since been found to benefit chronic stress conditions such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, pain and sleep problems.

Release & Restore
Release & Restore is a class designed to warm up the muscles and deep tissue through gentle yoga. From there you we will be releasing the deep tissues system/fascia by utilizing different props in a safe and gentle manner. Fascia is the deep tissue that runs throughout our whole body…holding our muscles and bones in place. Sometimes this tissue hardens…usually caused by lack of blood flow, stuck energy and working against it, instead of with it. When the fascia hardens it can cause lack of mobility and injuries. Think of this class experience as an exploration of the body and a deep tissue massage.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga was founded on the Taoist theory of yin and yang – opposite concepts that, together, represent balance. Yin is stable and passive, while yang is changing and active. Yin is the feminine, dark, passive, receptive, reflective, withdrawn, cool, introspective aspects of life. Yin yoga was developed to penetrate deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility while invigorating the energy centers of the body to release The yin poses, therefore, are passive and are held with the muscles fully relaxed, allowing time and gravity to deepen the stretch and target the fascia. The practice is very meditative as the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer).
We live in a yang culture; yin yoga is a simple but profound practice which serves to balance and release blocked energy.
Yoga Nidra
This one hour class begins with gentle yin or restorative poses to prepare the body, some mindful breathing to still the mind and follows with about 35 – 40 minutes of blissfully relaxing Yoga Nidra.
The ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep is the state of relaxation your body and mind enter during this deep meditation. In the restorative posture of Svasana you are led past wakefulness and the dream state into the state of deep sleep, all while remaining conscious and aware. It is an incredibly healing practice, good for creating ease in the body and stillness and insight in the mind. The benefits of a regular Yoga Nidra practice are numerous and can be especially helpful to counteract the effects of stress and anxiety that are prevalent in our modern, busy culture.
