New Students
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your class. This will allow you to have time to check in, fill out a short waiver, and make yourself comfortable before class begins. We value your time and strive to start and finish class on time.
We have everything you need here, though you are welcome to bring your own mat and a water bottle. Our shop carries Yoga mats, clothing, and other props if you decide to purchase your own.
Some Helpful Tips
- It is best to practice Yoga on a mostly-empty stomach and in comfortable clothing.
- If you are brand new to yoga, we recommend you start with Beginners Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restore (any style of Restore), Yoga Nidra, Gentle Yoga and/or Therapeutic/Kaiut Yoga.
- All of our teachers support you in moving at your own pace. Love where you are at and the practice will lend itself greatly to you.
