Forrest Yoga

Ana Forrest, the creator of Forrest Yoga, has a unique and powerful philosophy and approach toward yoga: the purpose is to purify the body, release emotional pain, and get strong and centered so that healing can take place. By using deep breathing, specific abdominal core work, long holds in, and strong sequences, you will flush out toxins and rejuvenate every cell in your body. Suitable for all levels.

Beginner Yoga

This class provides a safe, slow, and easy introduction to the basics of the yoga practice. We will cover the basics of breathing (pranayama), yoga postures (asana), and meditation. Designed for the brand new student or for those that are re-entering their yoga practice.

Soul Core

Like your favorite smoothie, this class combines the yumminess of both Yoga and Pilates with intention as the key ingredient. The class begins with a base of core integration, mixes in some flow, and unwinds to a peak asana.

Mellow Flow

Mellow flow is a unique slow-moving class that nourishes the body, mind, and soul. This class is a moving meditation that will help you move inward and decrease stress. Suitable for all levels.

Healing Yoga

This class is offered by donation and open to all who are looking to heal through yoga. Originally designed to create healing and community for cancer survivors, this class is now open to all those in need of a healing. From stress or lower back pain relief to support while recovering from cancer or another illness, this class is here to nurture all parts of you. Join us for a gentle-yet-powerful class that promotes healing through movement, breathing, chanting, and meditation. If it is your first time attending this class, make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes early in order to fill out paperwork and check in with the instructor.

Pilates & Props

This class provides a unique approach to Pilates practice. Using fun props to strengthen your core, enhance spinal alignment, and coordination in your everyday activities, this class will leave you feeling strengthened, lengthened, and renewed.

Prenatal Yoga

Appropriate for various stages of pregnancy, this dynamic class supports your mind, body, and soul in this beautiful transformation! Stay in shape, learn to breathe deeply and relax as you prepare for labor, and create a community with other mamas!

Planet Motion

Planet Motion™ World Dance Fitness is an ever-evolving program that encourages you to express yourself through movement and to seek out your urban dance tribe. Every Planet Motion instructor is unique, and every Planet Motion™ class will rock your world. World choreography influences the class, including dance styles from Latin America, Brazil, India, Africa, and urban contemporary America. Throw in some martial arts technique and philosophy to add some zing, add the absolute very best in music that this world has to offer to finish the recipe, and the resulting experience is an exuberant evolution of world
dance fitness!

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is based on the Chinese principles of yin and yang, two universal energies which exist in everything we do. Yang is the dynamic external masculine energy while yin is the passive internal feminine energy. In class, each posture is held for 5-8 minutes to allow for the bodies connective tissues and fascia to become more supple.

We live in a yang culture; yin yoga is a simple but profound practice which serves to balance and release blocked energy.

Yoga Flow

Ride the breath to yogic bliss as you move in a sacred, special way through seamless sequences, explore holding poses, and perhaps reach challenging peaks. Taught with meditative movement, breath awareness, alignment, and yogic teachings. Strong all levels classes.
