Sahaja Devi (Tracey Lanham)

Sahaja Devi, Tracey Erin Lanham, believes that all of us have the capacity to experience union in our everyday lives. She is deeply passionate about guiding students to experience the pulse of the universe, and to understand that pulse as the path to union. Each class is a confirmation that we are not separate from the universal heartbeat. Rather, we are part of it. She is also deeply interested in exploring the spaces between- the transitions and the connections. These places that are neither here nor there teach us that this practice, and indeed this life, is not a series of separate and disconnected events, but rather a continuous, unbroken thread. Tracey’s Sanskrit name, Sahaja Devi, was given by her beloved teacher, Aditi Devi. Sahaja means innate and spontaneous and describes the spark of bliss that is the ember in the very center of each and every one of us. This bliss is our birth-right and our true nature and Sahaja’s classes reflect that important teaching. Sahaja began practicing yoga in 2000 and is an E-RYT 200, RYT 500. After studying with Erica Kaufman, the founder of Lila yoga, she became a certified yoga teacher in 2005. Since 2005, she has been influenced by and studied with many amazing teachers, including Shannon Paige, Alana Kaivalya, Karen Lerner, Seane Corn, Shiva Rea and Aditi Devi. Katrina Kopeck

After years of balancing lacrosse, long distance running and the resulting injuries of both, Katrina found peace and recovery through vinyasa, yin and hatha yoga. Her practice eventually evolved from a tight hamstringed nightmare to a truly loving and healing connection, and in 2011 she received her 200-hour RYT certification in her hometown Chicago. She has also learned to love and accept her hamstrings. Since then, Katrina has adopted and learned from many teachers and styles and decided that a life in balance looks less like competition and more like spending time doing what she loves the most: teaching, writing, reading, making music, hiking with her favorite dog and making connections with authentic people. Katrina draws from her experiences as a yoga student, a bookworm and a (former) competitive athlete to create vinyasa classes that are playful, personal and welcoming for yogis and not-yet-yogis of all backgrounds and abilities. Join Katrina for a practice that builds on safety, exploration, sweat, community and an open heart.

Laura Zeigler

Laura Zeigler has taught yoga to adults and kids since 2010. She is a graduate of Naropa University where she studied yoga, meditation, contemplative education, aikido and Sanskrit. In 2014 she became certified to teach AcroYoga and she is particularly excited by partner practices because she loves to see what happens when we practice in relationship! She enjoys teaching both adults and children as a way to open up the body, mind and spirit to greater freedom, joy, and peace.

Leigh Marr

Versatility and adaptability are words that Leigh embodies in her own yoga practice and teaching. After experiencing a traumatic injury, Leigh miraculously fully healed, which opened her eyes and redirected her passions towards health, healing and yoga for all. She aims to lead individuals in their practice to discover their own potential and to tap into the evolutionary process of yoga. Leigh is trained in Vinyasa yoga and Yin yoga and she is also particularly passionate about teaching adaptive yoga for individuals with traumatic injuries. She is currently studying integrative medicine at MSU Denver. Through her teaching, she aspires to share her knowledge of health, touch and music in a way that encourages all of us to show up on the mat exactly how we are. She incorporates the balance of Yin and Yang energy in every class, leaving students feeling invigorated, strong and self-aware yet at the same time, nurtured, soothed and relaxed. She believes that over time, through a steady yoga practice, we are capable of collectively unraveling the tension and stories that we store in our bodies, and awakening to a state of self-acceptance and discovery.

Marin McCallen

Marin teaches fun, eclectic and upbeat Vinyasa flow emphasizing body-awareness and enjoyment through creative transitions, thoughtful sequencing and pace, and good music. Melissa Stalanjan

Melissa is an artist, who expresses life as a dance, through massage from several ancient modalities and practice in yoga, mantra, music, and meditation. She seeks to create a space where people feel comfortable to deeply feel and express themselves. Her journey to her center began with yoga; she began practicing in high school finding personal growth and healing. She continued on to massage school and fell in love with Thai Massage, in part due to it’s yogic roots. Traveling to follow her teacher, Melissa studied near and far for the past ten years, developing her skills and practicing as a massage therapist. Her path led to further study in Yoga and Ayurveda at Naropa University, earning her Bachelors degree in Traditional Eastern Arts. She now teaches at the Veteran’s Affairs Hospital in Denver working with Service Member’s with PTSD and in the Psychology Unit, as well as, at Soul Tree Yoga. She teaches the Bhakti flow, Mellow Flow and Healing Yoga. Creating a sense of community in practice can help us all to find our true gifts and grow into our fullest expression of ourselves. Sylvie Lam

A certified health coach and in school to become a certified herbalist, Sylvie combines her interest in wellness and human physiology with a lifelong love of dance and movement. Her classes invite in personal creativity and self-inquiry with a deep focus on embodiment. Most importantly Sylvie’s classes provide a space where discomfort and limitations both physical and emotional are not an obstacle but an invitation to deepening ones yoga practice. Christina Mitchell, CNM, MS, RYT

Chris is a Certified Nurse Midwife who has worked in Women's Health for nearly 30 years. She has been practicing Yoga since 2002. Once she began, Yoga rapidly became an integral part of her life. She has studied Anusara, Vinyasa Flow and Prenatal Yoga. She also practices Chanting and Meditation. She has been teaching Yoga since completing her Teacher Training at Soul Tree in 2014. Yoga is a path of self care and self acceptance. It means meeting yourself on your mat and discovering the interconnectedness of your Body, Mind and Spirit. Chris's classes facilitate that interconnectedness. When not catching Babies or on her mat, Chris loves spending time with her wonderful husband, her 6 amazing children and her 4 spectacular grandbabies. She enjoys knitting, biking, hiking and is quite the film buff, as well.

Holly Colette

For Holly, like many, a healing crises of body, mind and soul led her to yoga. Her practice began in 2003 and yoga continues to weave throughout her life in all capacities. She believes in living yoga – that our mats are the workbook of how to live effectively and creatively in this world. With that in mind, Holly teaches with spacious compassion and a love for the process of being a human, both the highs and the lows. From a young age, a fascination with the physical anatomy of the body led Holly to pursue an understanding of this amazing and inherently intelligent machine. Holly completed yoga teacher training at the Kripalu School of Yoga in Massachusetts in 2011, where she was introduced to the concept of anatomy as a sacred intelligence – that housed within our body, mind and spirit, we possess the greatest potential for healing. Learning to access this intelligence through compassionate self awareness combined with information about how the system works together as a whole is her focus when working with others on their healing journey.
